Michael Kast

Attorney at Law Mr. Kast has established himself as one of the preeminent lawyers in Civil Law and Tenant Law in and around Munich in the last two decades. In addition to his established litigation track record, Mr. Kast negotiates any kind of disputes and out-of-court settlements in relation to Copyright Law, Trademark Law and Unfair Competition Law.

After his graduation at the University Augsburg, Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich and Freie Universität Berlin, Mr Kast was admitted to the Bar in 1998 and thereafter worked as independent lawyer in a medium-sized Law Firm and as corporate counsel at the Munich Tenant Association in Munich.
